The highly prestigious annual UK
Advanced Nephrology Course organised and behalf of and fully supported by The
UK Kidney Association (UKKA) remains an important learning event for trainees
in the UK and further afield, especially those preparing for the forthcoming specialist clinical exam (SCE)
in nephrology in February 2022 and consultants wanting an update.
This year’s course, due to the ongoing COVID-19 challenges will be live in Oxford for a limited audience of 60 participants from 4-8 January, 2022 and an online part in the weeks thereafter to all other delegates.
The live course consists of a series of plenary lectures with question and answer (Q&A) sessions and interactive small group workshops.
The online course consists of recordings of the live plenary sessions with a series of online extended Q&A sessions in the second and third week of January 2022. There will be no recordings available of the workshops.
All plenary lectures will be recorded in Oxford and available 5 days prior to the start of the online event date. The Q&A sessions will be live but a recording will be added to the online platform site afterwards. All recorderd sessions will be available for up to 5 months after the event via the online platform.

CPD accreditation, as in previous years, will be sought from the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom
